“Here’s something nice for those who like it nice and subby, not one for the laptop speaker crews… a bit of a standout …To celebrate it’s release they’ve been good enough to supply the classy Altimiter remix of Khamsin for your downloading pleasure. Big fan of this one, a real touch of class to the production.” -

First up we have Zagrava. It's the elements of bass & the skittering percussion that remind us that this is most defiantly music for the post - dubstep generation - and then some.
Next is Khamsin. This is music for those of a dark, rhythmic and industrial persuasion. Whispered ghostly snatches of dialogue pepper this aural odyssey, appealing to those entranced with Sam Shackleton's recent Berlin-based excursions.
Altimeter's dubbed and blunted re-rub of 'Zagrava' smacks of the quality you'd expect from this talented producer & DJ - rapidly establishing a reputation for himself in his new home - London town.
Fresh from recent outings on Frijsfo Beats and Urban Scrumping, we at Morph are excited to present Sclist's take on Reixtra's melancholic tribal rhythmastery, with this huge retro-futuro bleep-fuelled, acid-singed techno-funk workout of 'Khamsin'. A finale to an EP that definitely reaches the parts others can only jealously twitch at.
A favourite with Blackdown.
